This workshop includes four, two-day sessions over a year. Workshops are fluid,
experiential, deep and transformative. Participants remove blocks to potential
so they can make a difference in the world.
Upon Completion of this program you will have:
- A variety of techniques and tools to apply in the every day business world to help increase personal and organizational effectiveness
- A group of colleagues to draw on for support
Specifically, outcomes in each session are:
| First Session |
- A clear vision of yourself as a leader
- An understanding of blocks to your vision—specifically, blocks in your personal belief system that prevent the state of being you want for yourself (and your organization)
- Clearing of those blocks using CLEAR and Family Constellations
- Specific support groups to help you enact your vision

| Second Session |
- Review of personal process issues at work (such as dealing with conflict, evaluations, planning, power & authority, working in groups)
- Understanding of where are you limited in dealing with your business
- Healing of business issues using CLEAR and Family Constellations
- You will learn the simplified version of CLEAR - how to do it on yourself

| Third Session |
- Review of business system issues
- An understanding of business system blocks (group on group and business on business)
- CLEARing of blocks using CLEAR and business constellations
- More practice of CLEAR on yourself

| Fourth Session |
- Visioning; what’s possible for your business?
- CLEARing and constellation work so you are free to be what it is you want
- Steps for maintaining balance in your work and life

Phone or on-site coaching:
Once a quarter, in between sessions, a phone conversation to discuss how it is going.
If you are in the Philadelphia area, the session could be in person.

CLEAR®
the latest in therapeutic techniques, which combines understandings
of the quantum physics, acupressure points (EFT), somatic experiencing,
and bilateral stimulation (EMDR). This process clears trauma and blocking

Family Constellation Work: to see and understand the impact of historic
dynamics of one’s family and how that impacts your beliefs and current
behaviors. Constellations are also used to understand the dynamics in
business groups, how they impact the individual, and what can be done
to shift unproductive dynamics.
